Cancellation Policy
■キャンセル料 / Cancellation Fees
ご予約日 4日前まで：お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、決済会社へ支払う決済手数料（実費）を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。なお、決済手数料の料率はご利用の決済方法により異なります。
Up to 4 days before the reservation date: In case of cancellation due to the customer’s convenience, the refunded amount will be after deducting the payment processing fee charged by the payment provider. The fee rate varies depending on the payment method used.
ご予約日 3日前〜2日前：50%
Cancellations made 2 to 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
ご予約日 前日・当日：100%
Cancellations made on the day before or on the day of the reservation: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
■遅刻 / Late Arrival
遅刻は参加不可または短縮となり、返金不可。
Late arrival may reduce or cancel your session. No refunds.
