体験に関する免責事項
Disclaimer of Liability for the Experience

当店が提供する各種体験（お餅つき体験、茶道体験、日本刀・日本の伝統弓の体験等）へのご参加にあたっては、お客様ご自身の判断と責任においてご参加いただくものとします。

体験中に発生したいかなる事故、怪我、病気、盗難、紛失、破損、その他の損害につきましても、当店に故意または重大な過失が認められる場合を除き、当店は一切の責任を負いかねます。

また、体験に使用する道具や設備には十分な注意を払っておりますが、安全を完全に保証するものではありません。お客様におかれましては、係員の指示に従い、安全に十分ご留意のうえご参加ください。

Participation in any of the experiences offered by our facility (including mochi-pounding, tea ceremony, Japanese sword handling, and traditional Japanese archery) is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Our facility shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, theft, damage, or any other harm that may occur during the experience, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our facility.

While we take every precaution to ensure safety when using the equipment and facilities, complete safety cannot be guaranteed. Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by our staff and to take full responsibility for their own safety during the experience.

キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy

ご予約確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルにつきましては、下記のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
For cancellations made due to personal reasons after the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply.

【キャンセル料 / Cancellation Fees】

• ご予約日 4日前まで：お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、決済会社へ支払う決済手数料（実費）を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
  Up to 4 days before the reservation date: In case of cancellation due to the customer’s convenience, the refunded amount will be minus the payment processing fee charged by the payment provider.
• ご予約日 3日前〜2日前：予約料金の50％
  Cancellations made 2 to 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• ご予約日 前日・当日：予約料金の100％
  Cancellations made on the day before or on the day of the reservation: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• 無断キャンセル：予約料金の100％
  No-show: 100% of the reservation fee

【事業者都合による中止 / Cancellation by the Organizer】

悪天候、災害、設備トラブル、講師の急病など、やむを得ない事情によりイベントを中止する場合がございます。
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or instructor illness, the event may be canceled.

その際は速やかにご連絡のうえ、参加費を全額返金いたします。
We will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of the participation fee.

交通費・宿泊費など、参加に要する付随費用の補償はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
Please note that we cannot compensate for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred for participating in the event.

【遅刻について / Late Arrival】

ご予約時間に遅れた場合、体験時間が短縮される場合や、ご参加いただけない場合がございます。
If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened, or you may not be able to participate.

その場合も返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation Policy (Returns Not Accepted for Service Reservations)

本サービスは役務提供の性質上、商品の返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ご予約成立後のキャンセルにつきましては、当サイトの「キャンセルポリシー」に基づき対応いたします。

Due to the nature of service-based reservations, product returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
Cancellations after reservation confirmation will be handled in accordance with the “Cancellation Policy” on this site.

【不良・提供内容に不備があった場合】
If There Are Defects or Issues with the Service Provided

サービスの提供内容に明らかな不備があった場合は、提供日から7日以内にお問い合わせください。
状況を確認のうえ、返金または再提供等の適切な対応を行います。

If there is a clear issue with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate response such as a refund or re-provision of the service.
